This is the wind up, where you give listeners some analysis pertaining to how the problem or issue may be resolved. Who is ultimately responsible for setting the course of events: citizens or elected politicians? Is there need for more civic discourse? How could this change the community? What do the options boil down to? What are the consequences if nothing is done? Choose one angle to pursue to keep your ending concise and provoking.
